Algarve training camp
By: Ollie | January 7th, 2009After getting back to general training, Friedhelm Funkel leads to a one-week training camp in Algarve at the Vale do Lobo resort. Missing from the trip are Ioannis Amanatidis, Aarón Galindo, Frank Lehmann, Ümit Korkmaz, Christoph Preuß and Christoph Spycher who will remain in Frankfurt going through rehabilitation. Those attending camp are:
Oka Nikolov, Markus Pröll, Jan Zimmermann, Patrick Ochs, Aleksandar Vasoski, Habib Bellaid, Marco Russ, Alexander Krük, Jürgen Mössmer, Michael Fink, Benjamin Köhler, Zlatan Bajramovic, Markus Steinhöfer, Alexander Meier, Mehdi Mahdavikia, Junichi Inamoto, Kreso Ljubicic, Chris, Caio, Faton Toski, Timothy Chandler, Leonard Kweuke, Nikos Liberopoulos, Martin Fenin, Juvhel Tsoumou, Cenk Tosun
Once training begins die Adler will have friendlies against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen on Sunday and
FC Augsburg two days later. Don’t forget the Bundesliga season returns winter-break on January 31 against Hertha BSC.
